Payment due before course can be scheduled.
No refunds once you have paid for the course. No exceptions. Unused lessons will be forfeited. Unused hours cannot be transferred to a sibling or other student. If you have questions, you are responsible for asking them before you sign up.
Course must be finished no later than 6 months from signing up. $125 fee for expired lessons to be reinstated if past the 6 month mark.
Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will incur a $75.00 fee. The fee will be $125 if we actually show up to the pickup location and you are able to do the lesson for any reason. You must have the original permit with you - copies are not legal. Failure to have the original permit cancels the lesson resulting in a $125 rebooking fee. Also a change in pickup/drop off locations can only be made with more than 24 hours notice and only if the new location is close to the original location - no more than 3 miles away.
All outstanding fees must be paid before a Completion Certificate will be issued or the next lesson can be scheduled
PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF THIS DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING WITH YOUR ONLINE REGISTRATION OF OUR CLASSES. This Agreement is between you (“YOU”, “YOUR” or “Student”) and SoCal Driving Academy LLC. (“SoCal Driving Academy,” “We,” “Our” or “Us”) in respect of the services provided by us as described on our website, socaldrivingacademy.com (“Services”). Before you become entitled to receive the Services provided by us, you must read and accept the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement by clicking on the “I Accept” button at the end of this Agreement. BY CLICKING ON THE “I AGREE” BUTTON, YOU WARRANT AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT (“ACCEPTANCE”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE CLICK THE “DO NOT ACCEPT” BUTTON. YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE CAPABLE OF ACCEPTANCE BY US AND YOU WILL BE RETURNED TO THE HOMEPAGE OF THE WEBSITE.
In turn, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to execute this Agreement and you intend for same to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent’s signature will also be required for registration and acceptance of this Disclaimer. SoCal Driving Academy LLC and you may be referred to herein individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
In consideration of the good and valuable consideration herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:
EVERY STUDENT IS DIFFERENT AND MAY RESPOND IN A DIFFERENT MANNER TO THE TECHNIQUES, INSTRUCTIONS, METHODS OR PROCESSES THAT MAY BE TAUGHT OR PROVIDED TO THE STUDENT. OUR SERVICES, TECHNIQUES, INSTRUCTIONS, METHODS, PROCESSES AND SUGGESTIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE (A) THAT OUR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR (B) THE OUTCOME, RESULTS OR SUCCESS OF OUR SERVICES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY US OR IN OUR MATERIALS OR ON OUR WEBSITE. WE MAY MAKE UPDATES, IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES TO OUR SERVICES, MATERIALS, AND WEBSITE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.
SoCal Driving Academy LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN THE EVENT OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES IN CONJUNCTION WITH, OR ARISING OUT OF, THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY TECHNIQUES, INSTRUCTIONS, METHODS OR PROCESSES THAT MAY BE TAUGHT PROVIDED BY US.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL, AND THAT IT IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO, DRIVE SAFELY AND COMPLY WITH ALL LAWS AND REGULATIONS WHEN DRIVING OR ON THE ROAD.
YOU AGREE TO PAY A $75.00 APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION FEE ($125.00 if we show up to the pickup location and the student cannot do the lesson), IF YOU CANCEL YOUR DRIVING APPOINTMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SUCH APPOINTMENT.
YOU AGREE THAT NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED BY US UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OR ALL SERVICE FEES AND OR LEGAL FEES. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
ANY CREDIT CARDS THAT DECLINE IS SUBJECT FOR ADDITIONAL FEES, ANY PAYMENTS THAT ARE 30 DAYS PAST DUE ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL LATE FEES. ANY CHECKS THAT ARE RETURNED NSF WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEES.
